Description
Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a straight bourbon built in two stages. It first matures in alligator char barrels, where the deeply charred oak sets a robust foundation, then moves into hand-selected Pedro Ximenez sherry casks sourced from Spain’s Casknolia Cooperage.
That second maturation layers authentic Spanish sherry wood over the bourbon’s classic depth. The aroma opens with an impressive rush of sherry alongside a touch of vanilla and oak, while the palate turns to raisins, currants and cherries with a hint of almond.
Bottled at 46.5% ABV (93 proof) in a 750 ml bottle, it reflects careful attention to ingredients and traditional cooperage.
