Rabbit Hole Amburana Straight Bourbon Founder’s Collection is a limited-release Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged 12 years and finished in heavily toasted, #4 char Brazilian Amburana oak barrels. Bottled at 62.7% ABV in a 750 ml format, it reflects the distillery’s culinary-driven approach to whiskey through bold wood influence, layered spice, and expressive depth.
Golden amber in the glass, with aromas of vanilla, toasted walnut, caramel, and cherry. The palate unfolds into ginger snaps, stone fruit, cinnamon, mint, caramelized sugar, and wine, closing on leather, nutmeg, baking spice, and tobacco leaf.
A long-aged bourbon shaped by an unconventional finishing cask, built for drinkers who follow barrel selection as closely as mash bill.
