Made entirely from blue agave, Quita Penas Blanco Tequila skips barrel aging so the plant itself stays front and center. Bright agave leads the palate, backed by a touch of citrus and a peppery bite, closing clean at 40% ABV. Production stays uncomplicated, letting the agave character come through clearly and honestly in this 1 L bottle. It works neat for those who want the unaged style straight, and holds its shape in classic tequila cocktails.
