Description
Twice the Toast, Twice the Character
Pursuit Spirits brings a bold twist to American bourbon with Twice Toasted — a small-batch expression that leans into the art of barrel craftsmanship. By toasting the barrel staves twice before charring, the distillery unlocks deeper layers of caramelized wood sugars and spice, resulting in a bourbon that’s rich, complex, and unmistakably distinctive.
