Description
Bottled at 56.26% ABV in a 750ml format, The Cabinet from Proof and Wood is built around deliberate barrel selection and finishing work. The name points to a curated approach, and the cask strength presentation keeps the whiskey’s flavor concentration and wood influence intact rather than diluted.
Oak from the barrel runs through the pour, joined by layered caramel and a warmth of spice that stays measured. It suits drinkers who follow craft production choices, anyone drawn to off-standard proof points and finishing methods, and bartenders who want a defined bourbon character for experimental mixing or straightforward neat pours.
