Description
Made in Italy’s Veneto region, an area long associated with grape growing, this Mionetto Brut Prosecco pours light straw with bright yellow highlights. The nose leads with honey, apples and white peach, while the palate stays crisp and lively, carried by well-balanced acidity and steady effervescence. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 187 ml format.
At the table it works across a wide range of plates, from spicy curries and Southeast Asian cooking such as Thai or Vietnamese to burgers and pizza. Serve it chilled in a champagne flute or white wine glass. It is also the usual base for a mimosa or a classic Aperol Spritz.
