Bottled at 40% ABV in a 1.75L size, Porfidio Plata is an unaged blanco made entirely from 100% agave. Nothing stands between the spirit and the glass, so the character of the agave comes through directly. The profile leans on cooked agave and citrus, with herbal notes running underneath and a clean mineral note on the finish. Bright and crisp throughout, it reflects the raw material rather than any time in wood.
