Description
Plantation Rum Isle of Fiji Double Barrel Rum is a Fijian rum bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. It takes its name from the double barrel aging process, which moves the spirit through two different barrel types to build layered complexity.
The result pairs tropical character with oak-derived richness. Expect tropical fruit and vanilla on the nose and palate, followed by oak spice, caramel and a touch of light cocoa, closing on a smooth finish.
A balanced rum with depth and character, suited to sipping neat or to premium cocktails.
