Description
The 2022 Edition No. 2 of Pinhook’s Collaboration Series was made with Garrett Oliver and bottled at 118.9 proof (59.45% ABV) after four years of aging. Pinhook’s barrel-sourcing and blending approach shapes a straight bourbon with weight and depth across the palate.
Caramel and oak lead, followed by spice, dark fruit and a note of leather that lingers. At this strength the whiskey holds its shape neat, and it carries through in cocktails that call for a higher-proof bourbon. Presented in a 750 ml bottle.
