Description
Bottled at 58.8% ABV, Pinhook Bourbon Resolve 2023 Release High Proof arrives in a 750 ml format built around the cask selection made for this year. Resolve marks the 2023 entry in Pinhook’s annual lineup, and the bourbon goes into the bottle at full strength rather than being cut back.
The result is a concentrated pour: bourbon oak and caramel sweetness lead, followed by spiced vanilla, a robust character throughout and a warming finish. Because each year’s release stands on its own, the format invites side-by-side comparison of vintage to vintage and holds appeal for those who follow annual bottlings.
