Seven years in American oak shape this 750 ml bourbon from Pinhook, poured at 57.5% ABV. Bottled at barrel proof with little dilution, it keeps the full weight of what the barrel gave it: oak and vanilla up front, caramel and spice filling in behind. The strength carries real warmth, and the finish lands intensely, so the whiskey holds up neat. What you taste is the complexity built over those seven years of maturation, presented without being trimmed back.
