Description
An ultra-fresh and agreeably expressive nose offers liqueur-like aromas of various red berries with background hints of spice, kirsch and newly turned earth. There is better density and much better power to the firm, serious and muscular yet refined flavors that culminate in a focused, intense and impressively long finale. In contrast to the prior wines, all of which could be enjoyed on the younger side, this is clearly built-to-age and will need at least 5 or so years of cellaring as it’s presently quite tightly wound.
