Ripe peach meets whiskey, bitters and a restrained touch of sweetness in this 750 ml bottle from Penelope. It’s an old fashioned that arrives already mixed, so the proportions are settled before the bottle is opened. Bottled at 40% ABV, the cocktail keeps the depth and structure of the whiskey original while the peach character rounds out the edges. No measuring, stirring or bar tools involved.
