Penelope Four Grain Straight Bourbon is Penelope Bourbon’s flagship, entry-level release: a blend of three bourbon mash bills, each made from the same four grains, corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, averaging roughly 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley. It’s aged a minimum of 36 months in new American oak barrels with a #4 char on the staves and a #2 char on the heads, then blended and bottled non-chill filtered at 40% ABV (80 proof).
Tasting Notes
