Aged a minimum of 4 years, it’s finished with Complex, medium-tannin French oak staves, selected in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France using their OakScan process to build a precise, repeatable flavor profile. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 104 proof (52% ABV).

Rather than a traditional barrel finish, Architect is built stave by stave: individual French oak staves are chosen for their measured tannin content, letting Penelope construct a consistent flavor profile with more precision than taste and smell alone would allow.
