Penelope American Light Whiskey 18 Year Old is a limited release bottled at 70.1% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It was distilled from a corn-based mash at the historic Seagram’s distillery in Indiana and matured for 18 years in second-fill oak barrels. The long maturation in second-fill wood gives this American light whiskey its depth and complexity, with each bottle drawn from a carefully selected barrel. The finish lingers with light butter, waffle cone, and confectioners sugar.
