This bold 10 year old bourbon boasts an aroma of maple and toasted oak with flavors of caramel and vanilla and a lingering rye spice. Pendelton straight bourbon is aged a decade in white American oak barrels with a #3 char. A blend of high and low rye bourbons is cut to proof with pure glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood.
