Description
Made in small batches at a traditional palenque, Peloton De La Muerte Criollo Mezcal Artesanal is bottled at 45.1% ABV in a 750 ml format. Criollo agave is roasted and distilled by hand using long-standing artisanal methods, and the result keeps the character those techniques are known for.
The pour carries smoke and roasted agave up front, with earthy and herbal notes running underneath and a mineral thread that adds complexity. It reads as an honest, unpolished expression of artisanal mezcal.
