Description
Bottled at barrel proof at 54.25% ABV, Peerless® Straight Rye Whiskey fills the glass with a warm, layered profile. Maple and brown sugar lead the way, with a touch of citrus brightening the middle and gentle oak, spice and dried fruit carrying through a smooth, lasting finish.
Every batch begins with a sweet mash process using fresh water and new grain, and the whiskey goes into the bottle non-chill-filtered so its complexity stays intact. Since it arrives at full barrel strength, water can be added to taste. This 200 ml bottle offers a full-bodied sipping rye built on careful craftsmanship.
