Wildrye is a grass native to Montana and the American west. It can grow between three and six feet tall and can be spotted around Peak and WildRye Distilling’s shared hometown of Bozeman. Peak Montana Rye is crafted by hand, one batch at a time, using carefully selected ingredients. It is rested in the Five Drops Bourbon Barrels until it delivers a spicy but smooth character, with notes of vanilla. Then it’s finished with pure Montana mountain water.
