G 2023 is a brand NEW natural wine crafted by Justine Loiseau and , of Domaine la Boheme in the Auvergne region in .
This red wine is made with Gamay d’Auvergne grapes, which is slightly different from most Beaujolais, for example from Beaujolais. This version of the grape is slightly larger, with a thicker skin and slight spicy touch, especially with the volcanic terroir of Auvergne.
Here the grapes are sourced from Justine Loiseau and Patrick Bouju’s neighbour, from old vines. Big fruit on the nose, with a slight earthy kick. Juicy as you want, but still with some volcanic structure
