FESTEJAR! Rosé 2025 is a natural wine crafted by Justine Loiseau and , of Domaine la Boheme in the Auvergne region in .
This sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Auvergne, and whilst we have not yet tried this brand new one, the previous vintage came armed with a mega juicy profile bursting with Morello Cherries, hints of Cacao and even sometimes a touch of Charcoal, so quite interesting, different and delicious! Super fruity yet dry.
This vintage is more on the red shade than rosé, very quaffable
