FESTEJAR! Blanc is a natural wine crafted by Justine Loiseau and of Domaine la Boheme in the Auvergne region in . This sparkling wine is made with Negoce grapes of Chardonnay from the South of Beaujolais as well as Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner from Alsace, plus this vintage some Chenin from the Loire valley.
Festejar means to celebrate, and thats the right word for it!
Elegant and classy, creamy yet crisp. This fizz has a super elegant nose for a Pet Nat, more Jura Cremant or Loire Chenin-esque! Wonderful bubble structure with notes of brioche, vanilla and lemon rind.
The vintages we got are a mix between 2022 and 2023 so it could be either. They both taste great!
