Pasubio Vino Amaro is a wine-based amaro bottled at 17% ABV in a 750 ml format. The wine base carries the herbal amaro character, so the fruit of the wine sits alongside the bitterness of the botanicals rather than behind it. On the palate, wine fruit leads into herbal bitterness, with a balanced sweetness holding the two sides together and a complex finish. It works as an aperitif sip or in a digestive role.
