Bottled unaged at 40% ABV, Pasion Tequila Blanco fills its 700 ml bottle with clear, lively agave flavour. Fresh agave leads, followed by citrus and herbal notes, with pepper on the finish. Because the spirit sees little processing, the natural character of the agave stays front and centre, working equally well poured on its own or stirred into margaritas and modern cocktails. The moderate proof keeps it approachable across a range of palates.
