Description
Roble Fino Añejo starts where Partida’s standard Añejo leaves off: 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels, then a further five months in sherry-seasoned casks that previously held single malt. That second stage of aging shifts the tequila’s character, drawing out weight and texture without burying the agave underneath it.
The pour carries sweet dried fruit alongside toasted oak, chocolate, and cooked agave, with the individual notes folding together rather than standing apart. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format, it’s a finished añejo aimed at drinkers who pay attention to what the barrel contributes.
