BS 2023 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Catalonia region in . This white wine is made with Sumoll grapes, in fact two different strands of it called Gra Gros and Sumoll de Grá Allarga. It is a blanc de noir, as the red grapes is used to make a white wine.
How is BS ‘Blanc de Sumoll’ by Partida Creus made?
These grapes are grown on clay calcareous soils and see a direct press of whole clusters, without seeing any skin contact making it a blanc de noir (a white wine from red grapes). The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness .
