Time in oak defines Paqui A\u00f1ejo. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, this tequila spends the extended period in barrel that a\u00f1ejo status demands, taking on a deep amber tone along the way. The wood makes itself known through oak influence and caramel notes, while the blue agave base holds its place underneath. A smooth warmth carries through the finish, giving the kind of depth tequila drinkers look for in a mature expression.
