Description
What happens when mole meets mezcal? Palomo Mezcal Artesanal con Mole answers that question by infusing an artesanal mezcal with the flavors of the classic Mexican sauce. Woodsmoke from the distillation carries through alongside layered spice and a run of chocolate, giving the spirit a savory character that sets it apart from unflavored mezcal.
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 700 ml format, the strength keeps both sides of the profile in clear view, with neither the agave smoke nor the mole seasoning fading into the background.
