The city of Paderborn lies along important pilgrimage routes. Today, pilgrimage and hiking are more popular than ever. Inspired by historical recipes, our brewmaster has created a special country-style beer using carefully selected hop varieties and fine malts – Paderborner Pilger.
Naturally cloudy, delicately mild, and smooth-drinking, it has a pleasant, full-bodied taste. With its amber-like color, this delicious regional specialty is a true reflection of the local brewing tradition.
