Bottled clear and without time in wood, Outlaw Distillery White Whiskey shows what the spirit tastes like straight off the still. The 750 ml bottle comes in at 43% ABV, with cereal grain leading the way and white pepper spice close behind. The absence of barrel aging leaves nothing hidden, so the distiller’s work sits front and center. Its youthful character makes it a look at whiskey in an earlier form, of interest to drinkers curious about how the spirit begins.
