The Wanted Rye Whiskey from Outlaw Distillery arrives at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle, a strength that carries the grain’s character without softening it. Rye spice and black pepper lead the way, backed by oak, caramel and a thread of dried fruit. Bottling at this proof keeps the whiskey’s structure intact, so the details of the rye mash and its time in wood register clearly. The result is a spice-driven pour with weight behind it.
