Description
Made from locally grown corn and wheat, this 750 ml bourbon from Outlaw Distillery arrives in small-batch and single-barrel releases at 43% ABV. The grain bill does much of the work here, giving the whiskey a sweet, naturally smooth character that carries through from first sip to finish.
Maturation happens in American white oak barrels, with toasted French oak adding extra depth and polish. Outlaw ages by taste rather than by the calendar, sampling each barrel monthly as it nears maturity. Expect caramel and vanilla with a savory edge, soft oak underneath, and a clean finish that leaves a lingering vanilla warmth.
