Mannequin 2021 is a white blend from California, built by combining several white varietals rather than bottling a single grape. The 750 ml bottle carries the fruit character of the region through a profile shaped by Orin Swift’s blending-first approach to white wine.
In the glass, citrus and stone fruit lead, with white flowers and mineral notes filling in behind them. Crisp acidity runs through the wine and keeps the whole thing tight, a result of the winery working outside conventional varietal lines.
