Only a handful of barrels go into each batch of Old Soul Small Batch Straight Bourbon, chosen so their individual characters work together rather than cancel each other out. The result is a 750 ml bourbon at 45% ABV that keeps its complexity in proportion. Vanilla and caramel lead, followed by oak and a run of rye spice, with dark cherry filling in behind. The finish stays balanced, in keeping with the traditional bourbon-making approach behind the blend.
