Description
Old Fitzgerald 7 Year Bottled-in-Bond is a distinguished expression of America’s bourbon legacy, honoring the storied tradition of wheated bourbons with poise and depth. Crafted under the rigorous standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this 100-proof release is distilled and aged entirely at Heaven Hill in Kentucky. With a heritage dating back to 1870, Old Fitzgerald was once the pour of choice on steamships and in exclusive clubs—today, this 7-year-old offering invites you to share in a timeless tradition of refinement and warmth.
This bourbon showcases a soft wheat influence, offering a gentler spice and an enhanced sweetness compared to traditional rye mashbills. The result is a whiskey that is both bold and approachable, complex yet comforting—true to its historical roots, yet perfectly suited to today’s bourbon connoisseur.
