Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 17 Year is a wheated bourbon bottled at 50% ABV, the strength required by the bottled-in-bond standard. The 750 ml bottle holds whiskey carried through seventeen years of aging. Time in wood builds a core of caramel and vanilla, with the soft wheat sweetness that defines the Old Fitzgerald recipe. Oak, dried fruit and warm spice round out the palate. A traditional American bourbon, made to the bonded specification and aged well beyond the minimum.
