Old Dominick Straight Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey is a 7 year old bourbon bottled at full strength, 62.23% ABV, in a 750 ml bottle. It goes into the bottle straight from the barrel, with no chill filtration and no dilution, so the whiskey keeps its uncut, robust character and natural complexity. The profile leans on oak and spice, with caramel and vanilla filling out the palate and aroma.
