Description
Wheat & Spire is built on a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley, a recipe that leans into the softer, creamier side of bourbon. Aging happens in charred American White Oak barrels, which is where the buttery texture and rounded grain character take shape. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format.
What sets it apart comes after the barrel. A seasoned and toasted French Oak spire is placed inside each bottle, layering in peppery warmth, butterscotch sweetness, floral spice and a touch of peppercorn. It’s a traditional wheated bourbon at its core, finished in a way that gives the palate several directions to travel.
