Inside every bottle of Oak & Eden Rye and Spire sits a piece of spiraled wood, the brand’s spire, which continues to shape the whiskey in the bottle and push its maturation further. The result is a 45% ABV American rye built around the interaction between grain and oak. The pour leads with rye spice and cinnamon, backed by oak and vanilla and a thread of subtle sweetness. It finishes smooth, with the spice carrying through rather than fading. Bottled at 750 ml.
