Description
Bottled at 55% ABV in a 750ml format, Nulu Toasted Small Batch Bourbon comes from a secondary maturation in toasted barrels. That experimental step pushes the whiskey toward toasted oak, vanilla and caramel, with baking spice running through the middle.
Produced in small batches, the bourbon keeps its structure at a higher proof, holding the bolder wood notes in balance rather than letting them take over. It’s a straightforward look at how modern Kentucky producers are working with barrel technique.
