A stone tahona does the milling work behind Nuestro Placer Blanco Tahona Small Batch, pressing the agave slowly so its character carries through to the still. Bottled unaged at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, the spirit stays close to the plant it came from. The pour leads with cooked agave and citrus, followed by herbaceous notes and a distinct mineral quality, closing on a peppery finish. Production runs in small batches, keeping each release tied to the same craft-focused approach.
