Jus de la Folie des Autres 200ml ROUGE CAN x 3 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This sparkling red wine is made with Gamay grapes and carbonated here into a can, which we offer 3 as a set to fit in our wine-bottle boxes.
Actually the winemaker refers to it as a Pet Nat which is unusual considering this method is usually in a can. However, it is made in a similar way, by finishing its fermentation in a special tank at a local beer brewery that can work with bubbles in the tank.
They cannot be ordered seperately one by one but trust us, one sip of this and you’ll already be thinking to pop the next 😉
