Description
Jus de la Folie 200ml BLANC CAN x 3 is a natural wine in a can (!), crafted by Yves Roy of , in the Poligny in the Jura region in . This white wine is made with Chardonnay sourced from Beaujolias, but made in Jura and is slightly sparkly. Actually the winemaker refers to it as a Pet Nat which is unusual considering this method is usually in a can. However, it is made in a similar way, by finishing its fermentation in a special tank at a local beer brewery that can work with bubbles in the tank.
No added sulphites. Comes as a pack of 3, so we can fit into one wine bottle place in your shipping box 🙂
Tasting wise, this white differs quite a bit from the red and is a bit more off-piste in flavour dimension, with some funk and quirky flavours that for sure make it a conversaton starter. Expect some Volatile kick, followed by notes of white gummi bears, synthetic pineapple, lemon, anise.
