Description
Made in the highlands of Chihuahua from wild-harvested desert spoon, Nocheluna Sotol Blanco puts Mexico’s desert spirit tradition in the glass at 43% ABV. The first impression is green and vegetal, with fresh agave character sitting underneath, before a streak of citrus lifts the spirit’s natural earthiness.
Herbal tones and a light mineral edge close things out, leaving a clean, balanced finish with a smooth texture. It works sipped neat or built into cocktails, and the 700 ml bottle reflects the artisanal methods and regional terroir behind it.
