Description
Nirasaki Distillery The Haiku Single Malt Japanese Whiskey applies Japanese distilling craft to Scotch whisky traditions. The result is a single malt built on precision and attention to detail, with complexity shaped by Japanese production philosophy and terroir.
The nose and palate lean floral, with light fruit running through and a thread of subtle smoke. Refined spice fills out the finish, and the overall impression is elegant rather than heavy.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
