Description
Closing out the three-part “Nikka Discovery” series, this 750 ml bottling at 48% ABV draws grain whiskies from four different Nikka distilleries into a single blend. The Discovery releases are limited bottlings built to show what happens inside Nikka’s whisky-making experiments.
Seven distinct whisky personalities make up the blend, with Coffey Grain from the Miyagikyo distillery forming its center. Savory wheat aromas lead, followed by a sharp, refreshing edge and a deep sweetness, with the blending done to keep each distillery’s own character in balance.
