Bottled at 56.9% ABV, New Riff Sour Mash Single Malt arrives at cask strength, with none of the malt character trimmed back by dilution. The sour mash approach behind this 750 ml American whiskey gives it a thick, grain-forward core. Malt sweetness leads, backed by caramel and a firm layer of oak, while spice builds through a warming, high-proof finish.
