Aged at least six years and finished in Spanish oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this limited-release Kentucky rye layers deep fruit and buttery oak over a beautifully expressive malted-grain foundation.

- Nose: Dark fruits, buttery sherry oak, walnut skin, lifted rye spice, and a touch of vanilla. A splash of water reveals additional fruit tones.
- Palate: Full-bodied and broad, with a savory, surprisingly dry entry leading to sappy sherry, malty grain, and well-integrated sherry oak. Add water to emphasize the sherry, or enjoy it with less water for more rye character.
- Finish: Brightening clove, slight menthol, and wood spice with a lingering burst of colorful fruit skin.
