Description
Wicked Power from the Depths of Louisville
New Louisville Distillery unleashes barrel C166 — the ‘Green Goblin.’ Menacing, mischievous, and absolutely electric, this 9 year old Hazmat bourbon hits at a ferocious 144 proof, placing it among the most powerful single barrels in the New Louisville lineup. This is not a bourbon that plays nice — it’s a barrel that bites back, and enthusiasts will love every second of it.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Intense and electric — green apple, fresh mint, and bright citrus zest cut through waves of toasted oak, vanilla, and dark caramel.
- Palate: Bold and complex — tart green fruit, charred oak, dark chocolate, and a surge of baking spice with a searing, high-proof heat that commands attention.
- Finish: Long, powerful, and untamed — lingering oak tannins, cracked black pepper, and a slow-fading citrus brightness that keeps you coming back.
